Rick Lunnon

When Rick Lunnon was asked which of his achievements he was most proud of, he replied, "I was the fastest runner in 4th grade!" That's a humble answer from a man who has achieved so much in life.

A Colorado native, Rick Lunnon has been developing and selling real estate for over 40 years in the Denver metro area including Golden, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge and Westminster as well as many other communities both in Colorado and California. He is the fifth generation of contractors and real estate developers in the Lunnon family and has developed a number of multi-family and single family communities.

Rick has worked for Re/Max as a top producer, selling thousands of properties. He now is an independent broker and fully available to assist you.

Although his accomplishments in real estate are extraordinary, it is what Rick has done outside of real estate that sets him apart. Rick has used his collective business resources and relationships from over the years to make an impact nationally and internationally. In Thailand, Rick combined his real estate skills and business networking to assist in the construction of the House of Joy Orphanage and Training Center for displaced Akha tribespeople. In Brazil, Rick assisted the Mount Salem Children's Center in providing a safe refuge for homeless street children.

Not to overshadow that outstanding achievement in 4th grade, Rick is more than a fast runner. He is a prudent businessman and a developer with integrity.

Pamela Lunnon

One of eight children, Pamela Lunnon moved to Colorado at the impressionable age of 15 when it took bribery to get her to agree to move to the land of Cowboys and Indians. The prospect of getting her driver's license at an earlier age in Colorado than in New Jersey was the bait and Pamela was soon learning about relocation and cultural changes first hand.

Having spent her life around the construction and housing industry, it was a natural progression for Pamela to become a Real Estate Broker in 1991. She has also spent the past several years as a real estate paralegal making her an experienced advocate for a home owner searching for their next home.

Pamela also works hard to make the world around her a better place by working with inner city and international ministries. She belongs to various churches and local ministries and shares her singing voice through her ministry work as well. She takes great pride in her adult children and the rest of her extended family. It goes without saying, teaming up with her husband, Rick, has greatly increased the fun and excitement of real estate acquisition and sales.

The thoughts of Cowboys and Indians in Colorado are now a funny memory, but it is what Pamela has learned about change, construction, and real estate throughout her life which qualifies her to help you find your dream home - a place where life-time relationships will be made.

Clay Wade

Thriving on challenge, new ideas and laughter, Clay has enjoyed a 30 year passion for real estate development.

With degrees in architecture and landscape architecture, Clay began his career in government planning, ranging from land use master planning through zoning and subdivision regulation. Later, a master's business degree led into consulting with leading planning, architectural and engineering firms and then on to become the planning director for boutique land development firms.

Clay's network of interests led him to become a Board member of an Urban Renewal District and Chairman of a municipal Economic Development Committee. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has achieved membership in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM).

Living in Lakewood with his wife of 25 years, Clay stays busy improving his home far beyond what any rational buyer will ever pay, proving once again that real estate is both an art and a science.

Renato Lunnon

Renato Lunnon is a man of many talents. Juggling scarves, eating fire, and playing the ukulele are just a few of those talents. You may ask yourself what any of those have to do with real estate, but for Renato it is clear. It has taught him to react quickly to situations and not be afraid to take on a challenge to get a deal done for his clients.

Born and raised in the Denver metro area, Renato has worked in real estate since he was a teenager. The key to his success at his age is based on a philosophy: provide excellent customer service while being an assertive salesman and negotiator for his clients.

Renato's talents aren't limited to juggling and fire eating. He is dedicated to helping his customers. Whether they are buying or selling, Renato will react quickly when the need arises and he will take on every challenge to make sure his clients reach a successful end to each of their real estate transactions.

Pat Robbins

Pat has dedicated her life to service. After spending 35 years working for the Colorado State Government, including 10 years as the Office Manager for the Office of the Attorney General, Pat now devotes her time to volunteer service. Currently she is a tour guide for the Arvada Police Department and volunteers for the Arvada Wheat Ridge Service Ambassadors for Youth program.

Pat is a Showing Assistant for Lunnon Real Estate working at our Four Acre Lake project in Arvada. Organization is the key to what Pat does and she is quick and responsive to clients needs.

Debbie Hansen

Any one who has ever met Debbie can't help but notice her positive attitude and her professionalism. She comes to our team with a 23 year banking background which includes, branch management, training, marketing, and mortgage banking.

In 1999 Debbie decided to leave her job to stay home with her teenage son. She has recently re-entered the work force but during those years of staying home she found a creative side. She has had her oil and watercolor paintings shown in local shows across the Denver area. In addition, she works with glass in her kiln and torch making jewelry pieces. She also teaches mosaic classes.

Debbie has volunteered for the March of Dimes, Leadership Jefferson County, and at her son's school where she has been on countless field trips. In addition to her son, she has a daughter and two grandsons. Debbie and her husband also enjoy the sport of Hot Air Ballooning.
